Earth-Sized Planet Found in Habitable Zone?! – KEPLER 186F
Kepler telescope finds planet: Kepler 186F
Almost same size as earth.
In the “goldilocks” zone.
AKA Perfect distance from nearby star, in habitable zone.
Perfect temperature for liquid water to be on surface.
Orbiting a M dwarf, aka half the size of our sun, redder and cooler.
Planet can have earth like atmosphere.
Light from star is red, oceans may be more orange.
Lots of plant life is very likely.
